Diamond House was originally built as a school in 1684. When we purchased the house is 1998, there was much to do as the house had no heating, parts of the first floor were missing and the roof leaked! Our refurbishment has created a unique property with many modern features yet it still maintains it's character and quirky nature.

We enjoyed living in the house as our family grew up, exploring the local area, playing in the large gardens and climbing the trees! As the children grew older, we relocated into  Retford and decided that we wanted to share this wonderful property with others. We're proud of what we have achieved and hope that you will love staying here as much as we do! Since opening to group holidays in 2003 we have welcomed many thousands of visitors to the area.

We still live locally, but in somewhere a little smaller! We're always on the end of the phone.
